We offer 30-day returns from delivery date for unworn items in original packaging.

To start a return, email support@luminecklace.com with your order number. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
